Use of Terrace

170. (a) The Committee may permit a Member to use the terrace or a part thereof for a specific occasion, subject to such conditions and charges as may be fixed by the General Body. (b) The display of advertisements or hoardings on the terrace or the external walls of the building shall be permitted only with the approval of the local authority and subject to such conditions and charges as may be fixed by the General Body. (c) Installation of solar energy equipment on the terrace shall be permitted subject to structural safety requirements and the approval of the Committee.
