Letting of Common Area

169. (a) The Society shall not give any basement land, terrace, green spaces, common hall or any other common area on leave and licence, rent or in any other manner to any person, whether a Member of the Society or not. All such spaces shall be reserved for the collective use of all Members.
(b) Any Member who encroaches upon a common area shall be liable to pay to the Society a penalty equivalent to five times the maintenance charges for the period of such encroachment, in addition to any other action that may be taken against him under these bye-laws.
