108. (a) The Committee shall cause the draft minutes of every General Body Meeting to be prepared within 3 months of the meeting. (b) The draft minutes shall be circulated to all Members within 15 days of preparation. (c) Members may submit their objections or suggestions to the draft minutes within 15 days of receipt. (d) The final minutes shall be confirmed at the next meeting of the Committee, after considering the objections and suggestions received, and shall be signed by the Chairperson of that Committee meeting.
