Adjourned General Body Meeting

101. (a) If within half an hour of the time fixed for a General Body Meeting a quorum is not present, the meeting shall be adjourned as follows: (i) If the meeting was called on the demand of Members, it shall lapse and no further meeting shall be called on the same demand. (ii) In any other case, the meeting shall stand adjourned to the same day in the following week, or to such other day within 7 to 30 days, at the same venue and the same time, as the Chairperson may decide. (b) At the adjourned meeting, the business shall be transacted regardless of the number of Members present.
