When to Use This Form
Use after the Society's redevelopment/reconstruction is complete and a new Flat/Unit has been allotted, to exchange the pre-redevelopment Share Certificate for a fresh one.

- Original Share Certificate for cancellation
- Occupation Certificate or Completion Certificate
- Permanent Alternate Accommodation Agreement / Development Agreement
