This document must be printed on ₹200 stamp paper and executed before a Notary Public / Executive Magistrate. You can purchase stamp paper at your nearest Sub-Registrar's office or licensed stamp vendor.
When to Use This Form
When a society member dies without having filed a nomination form, the legal heir must provide this indemnity bond along with their membership application. The bond protects the society against future claims by other potential heirs. The society may also require a succession certificate from a civil court.

- Deceased member's details (no nomination filed)
- Legal heir's name and relationship
- Names of all other heirs
- Flat and share certificate details
- Succession certificate or affidavit
- ₹200 stamp paper
- Two witnesses
