This document must be printed on ₹200 stamp paper and executed before a Notary Public / Executive Magistrate. You can purchase stamp paper at your nearest Sub-Registrar's office or licensed stamp vendor.
When to Use This Form
When a deceased society member had nominated more than one person, the nominee who is applying for membership must furnish this indemnity bond signed by all nominees. It indemnifies the society against any future claims from other nominees to the deceased member's flat or shares.

- Names and addresses of all nominees
- Flat and share certificate details
- Signatures of all nominees
- Two witnesses
- ₹200 stamp paper
