Affiliation to Co-operative Institutions

The Society, immediately after its registration, may become a member of the following co-operative institutions, as applicable:—

(a) the District / Taluka / Ward Co-operative Housing Federation or the notified Housing Federation of the area in which the Society is situated;

(b) the District Central Co-operative Bank of the district; and

(c) any other co-operative organisation or institution, membership of which is required or considered necessary under the provisions of the Act, the Rules or any lawful directions issued by the State Government, the Registrar or any competent authority.
