Grounds for Expulsion of Member

A Member may be expelled from the Membership of the Society if such Member—

(a) persistently defaults in payment of dues of the Society;

(b) knowingly furnishes false information or false documents to the Society;

(c) uses the flat for illegal or unauthorised purposes on a continuing basis;

(d) repeatedly commits breaches of the Act, Rules or these Bye-laws after written notice;

(e) suppresses material facts in relation to Membership or the property of the Society;

(f) commits any act which materially affects the safety, structure, functioning or reputation of the Society or its Members.

(g) refuse to vacate the flat in redevelopment after obtainment of required approvals as provided in the Development Agreement.
