Supremacy of Act & Rules
These Bye-laws are framed in conformity with the provisions of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 and the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Rules, 1961. In case of any inconsistency between these Bye-laws and the provisions of the Act or the Rules, the provisions of the Act and the Rules shall prevail.
