Safety Records and Community Resilience
The Society may maintain and periodically update:
(a) safety records, statutory compliance registers and maintenance records;
(b) electronic backup of important Society records;
(c) standard operating procedures for emergencies;
(d) contingency arrangements for essential services;
(e) records of safety complaints and action taken thereon;
(f) awareness programmes for Members, residents, employees and service providers.
