Environmental Sustainability and Green Measures

(a) The Society shall, as far as practicable, promote water conservation, energy efficiency and environment-friendly maintenance of the Society property.

(b) The Society may adopt measures such as rainwater harvesting, reuse of treated water, prevention of water leakage, energy-efficient lighting, solar energy systems, tree plantation, landscaping, composting and electric vehicle charging infrastructure, wherever feasible and permissible.

(c) Every Member shall maintain internal plumbing and sanitary fittings so as to prevent leakage, seepage and wastage of water.

(d) No Member or occupant shall cause pollution, contamination, discharge of hazardous substances or environmental damage within the Society premises.
