Voting in Committee Meeting

Draft Text

(a) Every Member of the Committee shall have one vote.

(b) All decisions shall be taken by majority of votes of the Members present and voting.

(c) In case of equality of votes, the Chairman of the meeting shall have a second or casting vote.
