Authority to Issue Notice of Committee Meeting
(a) The Secretary of the Society shall, in consultation with the Chairman, issue not less than three clear days' notice of every meeting of the Committee to all Members of the Committee, specifying the date, time, place and agenda of the meeting.
(b) (a) Where the Secretary fails to issue such notice, the Chairman shall issue the same. (b) No meeting of the Committee shall be convened by any person other than as provided in these Bye-laws.
