Handing Over Records by Main Promoter

90. After the election of the provisional Committee and its office bearers at the first General Body Meeting, the Chief Promoter shall hand over to the provisional Committee all records, documents and accounts of the Society, including: (a) Registration certificate and registered bye-laws; (b) Bank passbooks and statements; (c) Agreements with builders and contractors; (d) Accounts and vouchers; (e) Membership application files; (f) Sanctioned building plans; (g) Any other property or documents belonging to the Society.
