Agenda of First General Body Meeting

88. The following business shall be transacted at the first General Body Meeting of the Society: (a) To elect a Chairperson for the meeting; (b) To admit new Members, if any; (c) To consider and approve the accounts of the Society since its registration; (d) To form a provisional Committee and elect office bearers; (e) To authorise raising of funds from external sources if required; (f) To authorise the provisional Committee to take over all property, records and accounts from the Chief Promoter; (g) To appoint an internal auditor if required; (h) To authorise the provisional Committee to convene the first meeting of the Committee.
