Legalisation of Society

Official Text
72. On registration under the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960, the Society shall become a body corporate by the name under which it is registered, having perpetual succession and a common seal, with power to acquire, hold and dispose of property, to enter into contracts, to institute and defend suits and other legal proceedings, and to do all things necessary for or incidental to the furtherance of the objects for which it was constituted.
