Amendment of Bye-laws

166. (a) These bye-laws may be added to, amended or repealed by a resolution passed at a General Body Meeting of the Society. (b) A notice of at least 14 days specifying the proposed amendment shall be sent to all Members before such meeting. (c) The resolution for amendment shall be passed by a majority of not less than two-thirds of the Members present and voting at the meeting. (d) The amendment shall come into effect only after it has been approved and registered by the Registrar under Section 14 of the Act.
