Notices, Resolutions and Decisions

162. (a) All notices required to be sent under these bye-laws shall be sent to Members at their last known address by any of the following modes: (i) By hand delivery against acknowledgement; (ii) By registered post or speed post with acknowledgement due; (iii) By email to the email address registered with the Society. (b) A notice displayed on the notice board of the Society shall be deemed to have been served on all Members from the date of its display. (c) The validity of any notice, meeting or decision shall not be affected by reason of any Member claiming non-receipt of the notice.
