Conveyance of Property

154. The Committee, with the approval of the General Body, shall take all necessary steps to obtain a Conveyance Deed or Deemed Conveyance of the land and building in favour of the Society from the Promoter/Builder, in accordance with the provisions of the Maharashtra Ownership Flats Act, 1963, and the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960. The Committee shall engage legal counsel for this purpose and shall execute the deed in accordance with the applicable law.
