Resignation of Office Bearers

131. (a) The Chairman shall submit his resignation to the Secretary; the Secretary and Treasurer shall submit their resignations to the Chairman. (b) The resignation of an office bearer shall take effect only after its acceptance by the Committee AND after the office bearer has handed over charge to his successor or to a person designated by the Committee. (c) If the entire Committee desires to resign, the resignation shall be submitted to the General Body for acceptance.
