Election of Office Bearers

125. (a) At the first meeting of the newly elected Committee, the Committee shall elect from among its members a Chairman, a Secretary and a Treasurer. The tenure of office bearers shall be co-terminus with the tenure of the Committee, that is, five years. (b) A vote of no-confidence against any office bearer shall require a two-thirds majority of the total strength of the Committee, passed at a specially convened meeting of the Committee.
