These formats were written and compiled for education and knowledge-sharing. They show how documents of each kind are commonly structured under Indian law as on October 2026. They are not legal advice, and buying or using them does not create an advocate–client relationship with the authors or with Expert Jurist LLP. Every matter turns on its own facts, and laws, rates and court practice change. Always engage a qualified advocate to review and adapt a format before filing any case or signing or registering any document. The authors and Expert Jurist LLP accept no responsibility for use of these formats without such review.

These are launch prices, held until 31 October 2026. From the next day the standing prices apply.

Updates

Free updates until 31 Dec 2027. When an update is released, we email you a fresh download link. Your purchase is saved in your Library at societysewa.in/library, which you open any time with the email address you paid with; the emailed link also works for 12 months (up to 5 downloads). Each edition carries the date the law was checked (law as on October 2026), so you always know what it is current to. Updates are issued as the law and procedure move; they are not a promise of legal advice on your matter. A later new edition, if one is published after 31 Dec 2027, is a separate purchase.

What you are paying for — and what is free

Statutes, rules and forms are public. What the kit gives you is the sequence and the drafting: 14 drafts in filing order, a filled sample of the main complaint, and a guide to what each is for. The formats are written for MahaRERA and the Maharashtra Real Estate Appellate Tribunal. MahaRERA complaints are filed on its online portal, whose fields, forms and fees change; the complaints are written as complete documents to upload as annexures or keep beside you while filling the portal. Check the current form, fee and file formats. These are educational and reference formats, not legal advice. Laws, rates and procedures change and depend on the facts of each matter. Have a qualified advocate review any document before you sign, execute or file it. Licence: personal and professional use by the purchaser only. You may use and adapt the formats for your own matters and your own clients. You may not resell, share, upload, distribute or publish them, or any part of them, in any form.

Do not buy this if…

  • ×you want legal advice on your own facts: these are reference formats, so consult a qualified advocate
  • ×you plan to resell, share, upload or redistribute the files: the licence is for the purchaser's personal and professional use only
  • ×you need a signed, filing-ready document without review: every format is a draft to adapt to your facts and the current rules
  • ×your project is outside Maharashtra: forum names, forms and rules differ by State, so adapt and verify
  • ×you expect to file straight from the Word files: MahaRERA filing is on its online portal, and its current form governs

Adv. Jyotishwar V. Bhosale has more than 18 years of practice across courts, tribunals and boardrooms. He leads Expert Jurist LLP, Advocates & Legal Consultants, Navi Mumbai — a firm built on deep legal expertise sharpened by the intelligent use of modern legal technology.

A modern, technology-led law firm. Expert Jurist LLP is a full-service firm serving companies, startups and in-house teams, homebuyers, developers and lenders, housing societies, government employees, members of the armed forces and paramilitary, and public authorities. Its practice covers corporate and commercial law, real estate and RERA, land acquisition and compensation, criminal law, service law (AFT, CAT, MAT), co-operative societies, intellectual property, compliance and POSH, and arbitration and mediation. Its public-sector work includes matters connected with major infrastructure projects — among them the Mumbai–Ahmedabad High-Speed Rail (bullet train), the Public Works Department, the Irrigation Department, MMRDA and MahaRail — as one part of a wider practice for businesses and individuals alike.

Technology at the core. The firm uses AI-assisted research and drafting in its daily practice, always under an advocate’s review, and builds its own legal-technology platforms: LSR Guru (legal scrutiny reports for banks and NBFCs), POSHGuard (POSH Act compliance), AFT Helpdesk (Armed Forces Tribunal matters), RERA Resolve (homebuyer remedies) and an intellectual-property portal.

Its purpose. To make sound legal knowledge simple, affordable and within reach of everyone — helping companies stay compliant, helping individuals find their way to justice, and sharing legal know-how widely. “Always with you on the path of Justice.” This library is part of that mission.

Questions buyers ask

Is this only for Maharashtra?

The formats are written for MahaRERA and the Maharashtra Real Estate Appellate Tribunal. The structure is useful elsewhere, but forum names, forms and rules differ by State: adapt and verify.

Can I file the complaint directly from these files?

MahaRERA complaints are filed on its online portal, whose fields and forms change. The complaints are written as complete documents to upload as annexures or keep beside you while filling the portal; always check the current form, fee and file formats.

What is the filled sample?

A fully completed version of the main refund-with-interest complaint (03), so you can see how each part is filled.

Can I edit the formats?

Yes. They are Word .docx files that open in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, LibreOffice and WPS Office. Blanks are highlighted for you to fill; delete the options that do not apply.

How do I get my files after paying?

Payment gives you a download link on the confirmation page and by email. Your files stay in your Library at societysewa.in/library, which you open any time with your email address; the emailed link also works for 12 months. The files arrive as one ZIP: unzip it and open the START HERE index first.

Is this legal advice?

No. This product is for educational and reference purposes only. Laws, rates and procedures change and depend on facts: have a qualified advocate review any document before you use, sign or file it.

Can I resell or share the files?

No. The licence is for personal and professional use by the purchaser only. You may use and adapt the files for your own matters and your own clients, but you may not resell, share, upload, distribute or publish them or any part of them.

Can I get a refund?

Digital downloads cannot be returned once delivered. If a file is damaged, will not open or does not match this description, write to us within 7 days of delivery and we will fix it or refund you.

Will I get updates?

Yes: free updates until 31 Dec 2027. When an update is released, we email you a fresh download link.

Before you use these formats

A complaint to a regulator turns on your agreement, payment record and the project's registration. Use the kit to organise the file and the draft, then take it to a qualified advocate to check the facts, the forum and the dates before you file.
