Common seal
(a) The Common Seal of the Society shall be in the custody of the Secretary and shall be used only under the authority of a resolution of the Committee.
(b) Every instrument to which the Common Seal is affixed on behalf of the Society shall be signed and attested by any two of the Office bearer or one office bearer along with one committee member as authorised by the Committee in that behalf, along with their names and designations.
