Timings and Regulated Use of Facilities

Draft Text

(a) The Society may fix and display timings for use of gymnasium, swimming pool, garden, clubhouse, play area, community hall and other common amenities.

(b) Every Member, occupant, guest and visitor shall follow the prescribed timings, safety instructions and user guidelines.

(c) The Managing Committee may temporarily restrict use of any amenity for repairs, maintenance, safety, hygiene, statutory compliance or special circumstances.

(d) Children shall use common facilities subject to supervision and safety conditions prescribed by the Society.

(e) No person shall use any facility beyond permitted timings or in breach of prescribed rules.
