Prohibition of Child Labour

Draft Text

(a) Employment of child labour within the Society premises shall be strictly prohibited in accordance with law.

(b) The Managing Committee shall inform Members, contractors, agencies and service providers that no child labour shall be engaged for any work within the Society premises.

(c) Any violation noticed by the Society shall be reported to the competent authority.
