Joint and Several Responsibility of Committee Members
(a) The Members of the Committee shall be jointly and severally responsible for all decisions taken by the Committee during their term in respect of the affairs and business of the Society.
(b) The Members of the Committee shall be jointly and severally responsible for all acts of commission or omission which are detrimental to the interest of the Society.
(c) Such responsibility shall be subject to the provisions of the Act, Rules and these Bye-laws.
