Frequency of Committee Meetings

(a) The Committee shall meet as often as necessary, but at least once in every month, for the proper conduct of the affairs of the Society, in accordance with these Bye-laws.

(b) In case of urgency, the Committee may pass resolutions by circulation, provided that such resolutions shall be placed before the Committee for confirmation at the next meeting, and shall form part of the proceedings of that meeting.
