Period of Office of the Elected Committee
(a) The Committee elected under these Bye-laws shall hold office for a period of five years from the date of assuming charge, as provided under Section 154B-19 (3) of the Act.
(b) The term of the elected Members of the Committee shall be reckoned from the date of the first meeting of the newly constituted Committee.
(c) The term of the office bearers of the Society shall be co-terminus with the term of the Committee, as provided under Section 154B-19(3) of the Act.
