Constitution of the Committee
(a) In a General Election of Members of the Committee of the Society, on the election of two-thirds or more number of Members of the total strength of the Committee as prescribed under Section 154B-19 of the Act, the Returning Officer or any other officer or authority conducting such election shall, within two days after the declaration of results of such election, forward the names and permanent addresses of the elected Members to the Registrar, where the Committee stands constituted.
(b) The Registrar shall, within fifteen days from the date of receipt E-17 or E-9, publish or cause to be published such names and addresses.
