Payment of Subscription and Charges
Where the Society becomes a member of any co-operative institution referred to in Bye-law No. 8, it shall pay such entrance fee, membership subscription, contribution and other charges as may be payable in accordance with the bye-laws, regulations or lawful demands of such institution: Provided that, where any contribution or payment is required under the Act, the Rules or Government directions, the Society shall be liable to make such payment notwithstanding that it has or has not taken formal membership of such institution.
