SocietySeWA trains you in 7–15 days at our office, examines and certifies you, and deploys successful candidates to societies as SocietySeWA personnel — with the SocietySeWA Legal Desk behind you.

What you’ll be able to handle
Every housing society runs into the same headaches, year after year. This course trains you to solve them — confidently, on paper, and within the law. Choose the 7-day core program, or the 15-day extended program with supervised practice on live societies.

Classroom training
Small batches at our CBD Belapur office, real case files, mock AGMs and hands-on platform practice, led by trainers who work on society matters every day.
A printed field kit, yours to keep
Checklists, ready formats and "what to do when…" situation cards for the problems you'll meet on the ground.
A real certification exam
A written paper and a practical test on the last day of your batch. One attempt is included in your fee; if you don’t clear it, re-appear with the next batch for ₹1,999 — no need to repeat the course.
A numbered certificate
Issued only on completing the course and passing the exam. Signed, uniquely numbered, and any society can confirm it with our office.
A path to paid work
Candidates who pass are considered for deployment to societies as SocietySeWA personnel, subject to exam performance and available openings. Your salary comes through SocietySeWA.
Advocates behind you
Anything legal goes to the SocietySeWA Legal Desk. You never give legal opinions or face authorities alone.

The exam
Written paper (law, procedure, calendar) + practical test (platform tasks and a situation round from the field kit). Held on the final day of your batch. One attempt is included in your course fee.
Didn’t clear it?
No need to repeat the course. Re-appear for the exam with the next batch.
Re-exam fee: ₹1,999
You keep your printed field kit to revise.
The certificate
Issued only on course completion + exam pass. Uniquely numbered, signed, and verifiable — societies can confirm any certificate number with our office.

Model bye-laws expect larger societies to appoint a manager — and expressly permit smaller societies to appoint one collectively. Professionally-managed society management is what the framework intends.

Is the training free?+
No — it is a paid professional certification program, and we tell you the exact fee on your counselling call before you enrol. The fee covers the 7–15 day course, the printed field kit, one exam attempt, and certification.
What if I fail the exam?+
You can re-appear with the next batch by paying the re-exam fee of ₹1,999 — no need to repeat the full course. You keep your printed field kit to revise.
Is a job guaranteed after training?+
Employment offers go to candidates who pass the exam, as deployments open up. We train in batches sized to real society demand from our directory — but the certificate itself is a qualification, not an automatic appointment.
Will I be a SocietySeWA employee or work directly for societies?+
You work as SocietySeWA personnel. Societies engage SocietySeWA; we deploy, supervise, and pay you. You never handle your own contract or payment with a society — that is the whole point of organising this sector.
I am retired — is this for me?+
Especially for you. Former secretaries, committee members and retired professionals already understand society life. We offer flexible portfolios, deployment near your home where possible, and work that uses your experience.
What if a society matter turns legal?+
You escalate it. Every manager is backed by the SocietySeWA Legal Desk — you never give legal opinions or appear before authorities. That protects you and the society.
