What you’ll learn
The 7-day core program; the 15-day extended program adds accounts & recovery deep-dives, redevelopment basics, and supervised live-society practice. Every session follows the same standard trainer module — every batch, every trainer, same syllabus.
Day 1
The society & the law
MCS Act, model bye-laws, roles of MC, secretary, chairman — and where a manager fits.
Day 2
The compliance year
Elections, audit by 14 Aug, AGM by 30 Sep, minutes, auditor rotation — the full calendar.
Day 3
Meetings that hold up
AGM/SGM/MC procedure: notices, quorum, agendas, resolutions, minutes done right.
Day 4
Records & registers
Statutory registers, member files, transfers, nominations — audit-ready record keeping.
Day 5
The eManager platform
Hands-on: compliance engine, reminders, meetings workflow, tickets, activity log.
Day 6
People & communication
Working with committees and members, WhatsApp etiquette, conflict de-escalation, ethics.
Day 7
The boundary + exam
What goes to the legal team (and what never leaves you). Final written + practical exam.

Classroom sessions
7–15 days at the SocietySewa office. Small batches, real case files, mock AGMs, and live platform practice — led by trainers following the standard trainer module.
Online module
Lesson videos, reading notes, model notices & formats, and self-check quizzes for every day of the syllabus — revise anytime, before and after your batch. Access continues after certification.
Printed field kit
A handy printed manual for day-to-day problems on the ground: the compliance calendar, checklists, ready formats, "what to do when…" situation cards, and the escalation directory. Yours to keep and carry.

The exam
Written paper (law, procedure, calendar) + practical test (platform tasks and a situation round from the field kit). Held on the final day of your batch. One attempt is included in your course fee.
Didn’t clear it?
No need to repeat the course. Re-appear for the exam with the next batch.
Re-exam fee: ₹1,999
Your online module access stays live so you can revise.
The certificate
Issued only on course completion + exam pass. Uniquely numbered, signed, and verifiable online — societies can check any certificate number with us.

Frequently asked questions
Is the training free?+
No — it is a paid professional certification program, and we tell you the exact fee on your counselling call before you enrol. The fee covers the 7–15 day course, the online learning module, the printed field kit, one exam attempt, and certification.
What if I fail the exam?+
You can re-appear with the next batch by paying the re-exam fee of ₹1,999 — no need to repeat the full course. Your online module access continues so you can revise.
Is a job guaranteed after training?+
Employment offers go to candidates who pass the exam, as deployments open up. We train in batches sized to real society demand from our directory — but the certificate itself is a qualification, not an automatic appointment.
Will I be a SocietySewa employee or work directly for societies?+
You work as SocietySewa personnel. Societies engage SocietySewa; we deploy, supervise, and pay you. You never handle your own contract or payment with a society — that is the whole point of organising this sector.
I am retired — is this for me?+
Especially for you. Former secretaries, committee members and retired professionals already understand society life. We offer flexible portfolios, deployment near your home where possible, and work that uses your experience.
What if a society matter turns legal?+
You escalate it. Every manager is backed by our empanelled legal team — you never give legal opinions or appear before authorities. That protects you and the society.
