When to Use This Form
After the General Body Meeting approves the transfer of shares, the society secretary issues this letter to the new member (buyer/transferee). This letter formally confirms the buyer's name in the I-Register and J-Register of members and entitles them to exercise all rights of membership.
Information You Will Need
- Buyer's (transferee's) name and address
- Seller's (transferor's) name
- GBM date when transfer was approved
- Share certificate letter/endorsement number
