The three quotes received so far were placed before the committee. Points raised: - Sunita Nair (7:12 pm): Please ask each vendor for a written guarantee and a site visit before we compare prices. - Joseph D’Souza (7:18 pm): The lowest quote leaves out the parapet work. Let us ask for a revised quote with the parapet included.
2.Visitor parking arrangement
Complaints about visitor parking being used by resident cars were discussed. Points raised: - Kavita Sharma (7:41 pm): Painted slot numbers and a small board at the gate would solve most of this without any new rule.
3.Navratri arrangements
The garden evening on 17 Oct and the volunteer list were discussed. Points raised: - Imran Shaikh (8:03 pm): Volunteers from both wings should be named on the notice so that nobody is left out.
Committee points
Every committee member can record a short point (up to 400 characters, 2–3 sentences) while the Secretary has comments ON. Each point is stamped with the name and time and goes into the proposed minutes under its agenda item.
